DEZMOND TANG

Be Water 45.5cm x 38.0cm Oil on Canvas

Welcome to my artistic world.

I have chosen oil painting—a medium steeped in historical significance—as my primary language of expression. This space serves as a chronicle of the concepts, reflections, and works that have shaped my journey as an artist.

I am deeply passionate about capturing the nuanced emotions and underlying narratives found in human portraits and animal expressions. My work explores how these beings are influenced by their changing environments and the intricate connections they share. By intertwining my personal life experiences with my perceptions of the world, I use art as a conduit to express my profound reverence for life and the natural world.

Through my work, I aspire to create an immersive and breathtaking experience for the viewer, one that evokes deep resonance and reflection. I believe everyone carries a unique and cherished story; if you are seeking art that offers profound inspiration and a touch of the sublime, I hope my work brings you both surprise and emotional connection.
